Pilot Valve For A Mira Shower Sport

Lately I've been talking a lot about music-not that be a new topic in my conversations, of course-with some concern I have been thinking about the future of music, such as global factor in the art, and I say concern for starters, I feel that there has been no real rebellion, no cultural explosion as these that the law of cycles and historically speaking, should it occur-now dead-the first decade of the new millennium.

To be more specific: What is music today, What accounts for people?, I watched and listened with some incredulity many bands, many proposals, and many mistakes, too. But beyond good or bad, if there is something that most artists now have in common is their lack of honesty. Put it this way: Nick Drake died alone and disappointed the world at age 27, he had something to say, and only had a guitar, a voice and her room, no one really listened to him, 30 years later you can not talk about music without the existence of this individual. Ok, so I can understand the whole business of "being ahead of his time" is valid, but we are talking about the new millennium, which means we have learned from the past to accept a good thing when they see or hear, or be more focused on musicians humanity and empathy, rather than falling into elitism and pretentious, but unfortunately, this is not the case.

For Venezuela, our cultural growth has been ambivalent: On one hand it is true that there is greater support from the audience and some producers, and bands are more risky in terms of concepts and genres. On the other hand the culture of YouTube and MySpace has alienated a little, myself included because this is for me-distorting also unconsciously believe that what we hear, in order to belong to a group of people, getting to the point of distorting and judge someone for not knowing who the fuck is MGMT , creating a sense of musical and social elitism the only thing that causes it to degrade everything we have fought for greater acceptance TO OBTAIN art in the country and the world.

's as simple as this: The potential musicians fall into delusions of grandeur, that somehow it passed a group of people, especially those who know so much, so much ...- always follow them, and create its own microcosm of fame and success, it all sounds great guys and gals, but we are forgetting one important factor: The music they provide, is a real shit.

I refuse to believe that we are doomed, but sometimes I can not help but feel frustration when listening to "our music" which is supposed to define us as a generation. On one hand we wanted to sound like bands eighties one hit wonders, and on the other we have the most iconic bands being returned on their steps, because it is easier to get people to do headbanging to really push the limits of the genus and evolve as it once did in other decades, so lead by example - if it is you, Metallica.

In fact, if we set goals, the unique musical and cultural movement that has spanned the globe and has continued throughout the decade has been the emo.

and that gentlemen, is pretty sad.

Think about that ...

PS: Sorry if this is not a nice reflection with a moral and a happy ending, are the words of an annoying guy who will do its part to change things.
